How many archetypes are there?
14 archetypes spanning sleep, exercise, mental wellness, and overall lifestyle. Each is either ordinal (a ranked scale) or categorical (a discrete bucket).
How long before a user gets an archetype?
Archetypes are observation-level and need enough history to be stable — typically a couple of weeks of data. 13 of the 14 compute from smartphone data alone; only one (sleep_efficiency) needs a wearable.
How do I use archetypes in my existing tools?
